I took my better half and son on a family trip today to a museum of childhood and toys. My better half is into dolls, especially realistic baby dolls, as she has been collecting them for a long time. She reminded me that there was going to be an exhibition of realistic baby dolls at this museum, so we figured we might take a look.
As soon as we arrived, we immediately saw that this was a really big exhibition into the lifes and cultures of kids during the last 150 years or more. There was one specific display that made me realise how tough a life children had back within the late 1800's.
